Ako uzmemo supstancu koja nam poma\u017ee da zaspimo, probudimo se iscrpljeni, ali ne moramo se &#8220;baviti&#8221; ni\u010dim drugim tijekom no\u0107i. Kako bi mogli tvrditi, potro\u0161a\u010de treba obavijestiti da se blagotvorni u\u010dinak posti\u017ee uzimanjem najmanje 0,5 mg neposredno prije spavanja prvog dana putovanja i sljede\u0107ih nekoliko dana nakon dolaska na odredi\u0161te.<\/span><\/p><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Melatonin poma\u017ee skratiti vrijeme potrebno da zaspite.<\/td><td><p>Tvrdnja se smije koristiti samo za hranu koja sadr\u017ei <strong>1 mg melatonina<\/strong> po kvantificiranoj porciji. Ako imate dijabetes ili visoki krvni tlak, obratite se svom lije\u010dniku.
