Centar za povra\u0107anje, dio mozga odgovoran za mu\u010dninu i povra\u0107anje, prima informacije iz razli\u010ditih dijelova tijela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na osje\u0107aj mu\u010dnine utje\u010du mirisi, okusi i vizualna percepcija. Centar za povra\u0107anje tako\u0111er prima informacije iz gastrointestinalnog trakta i vestibularnog sustava (organa za ravnote\u017eu).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doba dana kada osje\u0107ate mu\u010dninu je obi\u010dno pokazatelj njenog uzroka. Jutarnje mu\u010dnine mogu biti uzrokovane prekomjernom konumacijom alkohola ili trudno\u0107om. Ne \u017eelite \u010dak ni hranu u svojoj blizini. Mu\u010dnina \u010desto dovodi do povra\u0107anja, no to se rijetko doga\u0111a ako je uzrokovana stresom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cesti su osje\u0107aji letargije i nelagode u \u017eelucu ili crijevima. Bolest uzrokovana, primjerice, trovanjem hranom ili virusom, brzo \u0107e nestati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada je mu\u010dnina uzrokovana stresom, javlja se \u010de\u0161\u0107e, osobito u tjeskobnim ili stresnim situacijama. Tako\u0111er je potrebno vi\u0161e vremena da problemi nestanu. Samim time manje jedete, zbog \u010dega gubite na te\u017eini i unosite manje esencijalnih nutrijenata koji su organizmu u stresnim situacijama jo\u0161 potrebniji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Veza: stres i mu\u010dnina<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"hr\">Istra\u017eivanje norve\u0161kog sveu\u010dili\u0161ta pokazalo je da 24% ljudi koji imaju problema s mu\u010dninom pati od depresije, a 41% ima anksiozni poreme\u0107aj. Istra\u017eiva\u010di vjeruju da depresija i tjeskoba uzrokuju <a href=\"https:\/\/sh.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/%C5%BDivac_lutalac\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">lo\u0161u funkciju \u017eivca vagusa<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovo je kranijalni \u017eivac koji kontrolira mnoge procese u crijevima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovaj je \u017eivac manje aktivan kada imate epizode tjeskobe, \u0161to uzrokuje osje\u0107aj mu\u010dnine i dodatno slabi funkciju \u017eivca vagusa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160to se doga\u0111a u va\u0161em tijelu kada se osje\u0107ate bolesno?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nije sva hrana koju jedemo sigurna. Va\u0161e se tijelo bori protiv \u0161tetnih tvari koje unosimo povra\u0107anjem i mu\u010dninom. Proces povra\u0107anja mo\u017ee se podijeliti u dvije faze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U prvoj fazi osje\u0107ate mu\u010dninu i povremeno podrigivanje (uz ne\u0161to \u017eelu\u010dane kiseline koja dolazi u jednjak). U ovoj fazi mo\u017eete izbje\u0107i povra\u0107anje, osobito ako identificirate uzrok i uklonite ga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Va\u0161 \u017eeludac proizvodi manje \u017eelu\u010dane kiseline tijekom tog vremena i centar za povra\u0107anje u va\u0161em mozgu usporava. Trbu\u0161ni mi\u0161i\u0107i se kontrahiraju, dok se mi\u0161i\u0107i u jednjaku opu\u0161taju. To uzrokuje da se sadr\u017eaj \u017eeluca pomi\u010de prema gore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mo\u017eete ga poku\u0161ati potisnuti, ali sadr\u017eaj va\u0161eg \u017eeluca prona\u0107i \u0107e put kroz va\u0161a usta ili prste. Po\u010det \u0107ete se obilno znojiti i otkucaji srca \u0107e vam se usporiti. Mnogi od njih usko su povezani s tjeskobom ili stresom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sindrom iritabilnog crijeva (SIC)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"hr\">Sindrom iritabilnog crijeva jedan je od gastrointestinalnih poreme\u0107aja uzrokovanih ili pogor\u0161anih stresom. Otprilike 5 do 15 stanovnika Slovenije boluje od ovog sindroma, od \u010dega su tri \u010detvrtine \u017eene. Simptomi uklju\u010duju vjetrove, nadutost, proljev i gr\u010deve u \u017eelucu.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mogu\u0107i razlog tome su poreme\u0107aji u proizvodnji serotonina. Devedeset posto ovog hormona proizvodi se u crijevima, gdje kontrolira kontrakcije crijeva. Poreme\u0107aji u proizvodnji serotonina, poznatog i kao hormon sre\u0107e, stoga uzrokuju proljev ili zatvor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada ljudi do\u017eive stres ili negativne emocije, u njihovoj krvi ima manje serotonina. Budu\u0107i da ovaj hormon igra tako va\u017enu ulogu u crijevima, u stresnim situacijama prije \u0107ete osjetiti bolove u trbuhu. Ne postoji utvr\u0111eno lije\u010denje za sr\u010danu infarkt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nekima poma\u017eu odre\u0111eni lijekovi, dok drugi radije izbjegavaju odre\u0111enu hranu ili uzimaju probiotike. U ve\u0107ini slu\u010dajeva preporu\u010duje se izbjegavanje stresa i tjeskobe \u0161to je vi\u0161e mogu\u0107e, jer ta dva uzro\u010dnika samo pogor\u0161avaju problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Emetofobija<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Strah od povra\u0107anja vrlo je \u010desta pojava. Osobe s emetofobijom izbjegavaju hranu od koje su se u pro\u0161losti razboljeli jer se boje da \u0107e ponovno povra\u0107ati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tako\u0111er se osje\u0107aju nelagodno u javnosti jer ne \u017eele da ih drugi vide kako povra\u0107aju. Neki \u010dak osje\u0107aju tjeskobu kad gledaju slike i videozapise ljudi koji povra\u0107aju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"hr\">Takve osobe mogu do\u017eivjeti napad panike kada im pozli, a taj napad dodatno pove\u0107ava \u0161anse za povra\u0107anje. To je dakle za\u010darani krug, a uzrok nije uvijek jasan. Psiholo\u0161ka pomo\u0107 obi\u010dno mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i u upravljanju ovom fobijom. Ipak, ako primijetite bilo koji od sljede\u0107ih simptoma, preporu\u010dujemo da posjetite lije\u010dnika:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>U povra\u0107enom sadr\u017eaju ima krvi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Povra\u0107ate vi\u0161e od dva dana zaredom i imate tamnu mokra\u0107u.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Povra\u0107anje i mu\u010dninu prate bolovi u trbuhu koji traju vi\u0161e od sat vremena.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><p id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"\u041f\u0440\u0435\u0432\u043e\u0434\" data-ved=\"2ahUKEwi7qOft-6eEAxXZAtsEHek2AeoQ3ewLegQICRAU\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"hr\">Mu\u010dnina vam je tijekom vo\u017enje, imate zujanje u u\u0161ima ili uop\u0107e ne \u010dujete.<\/span><\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dugo ste bolesni bez vidljivog razloga.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Nakon \u0161to lije\u010dnik utvrdi jasan uzrok mu\u010dnine, propisat \u0107e vam lijekove koji \u0107e ovisiti o va\u0161im tegobama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160to mo\u017eete u\u010diniti za ubla\u017eavanje mu\u010dnine?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kada ste bolesni, preporu\u010duje se unos manje koli\u010dine hrane. Izbjegavajte masnu i pr\u017eenu hranu, pokvarenu hranu ili hranu neugodnog mirisa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tako\u0111er, izbjegavajte alkohol dok se ne osje\u0107ate bolje. \u010cak i hladni napici mogu imati negativan u\u010dinak na nadra\u017eeni \u017eeludac, stoga radije birajte tople napitke ili napitke sobne temperature.
