Tu mislim na one upale u tijelu koje nastaju negdje duboko, gdje se organi ne aktiviraju za bol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mnogo puta problem nastaje i kada na\u0161e tijelo po\u010dne napadati vlastiti imunolo\u0161ki sustav.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Glavno pitanje je da li se upala u tijelu mo\u017ee ukloniti hranom?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" id=\"tw-target-text\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"hr\"><strong>Kada prestanemo jesti zdravu hranu<\/strong>, premalo se kre\u0107emo ili smo previ\u0161e pod stresom, br\u017ee se javljaju upale u na\u0161em tijelu, ka\u017ee lije\u010dnica interne medicine. Navest \u0107emo ih kasnije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" id=\"tw-target-text\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"hr\">Zastra\u0161uju\u0107a je \u010dinjenica da se imunolo\u0161ke stanice bore protiv upale. To dovodi do pove\u0107anja talo\u017eenja masnih stanica u \u017eilama oko srca. Kad se ta tvar odvoji i sklizne niz vene, mo\u017ee ih za\u010depiti negdje drugdje. Jo\u0161 bolje, mijenja na\u0161e blagostanje na bolje. [<a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/17475558\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">izvor<\/a>]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" id=\"tw-target-text\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"hr\">Znanstvenici sa Sveu\u010dili\u0161ta King Saud otkrili su da je biljka u\u010dinkovita i u kombinaciji s otvorenim ranama jer pove\u0107ava broj bijelih krvnih zrnaca u krvi. Ove dvije studije potvr\u0111uju razloge stoljetne upotrebe ove biljke me\u0111u lokalnim stanovni\u0161tvom. [<a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/19995243\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">izvor<\/a>]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" id=\"tw-target-text\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"hr\"><strong>Doziranje:<\/strong> Smirna se naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e nalazi u obliku kapi (2 do 5), koje se razmute u vodi do tri puta dnevno. Po\u010dnimo s jednom dozom s najmanje kapi. Broj kapi mo\u017ee varirati ovisno o ja\u010dini proizvoda. Tako\u0111er postoje kapsule i kreme za ko\u017ene probleme i zglobove neposredno ispod ko\u017ee.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oprez: Neki lijekovi mogu stupiti u interakciju sa smirnom, stoga je dobro da se posavjetujete s lije\u010dnikom o tome. Tvar se \u017eva\u010de ili proguta s teku\u0107inom. Okus nije najbolji. Neki od njega kuhaju i \u010daj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U obliku ulja se uzima jednu \u017eli\u010dicu, dva puta dnevno. Ulje se mo\u017ee dodati i salatama i smoothiejima. Trudnice i dojilje, oni koji uzimaju lijekove za dijabetes, krvni tlak, lijekove za razrje\u0111ivanje krvi i imunosupresive, trebaju se prethodno posavjetovati sa svojim lije\u010dnikom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/konopljazdravi.si\/hr\/konoplja\/terpeni\/\">Kariofilni<\/a><\/p><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" id=\"tw-target-text\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"hr\">Ovo je aromati\u010dno ulje kojeg osim u konoplji ima i u mnogim drugim biljkama.<strong> Ameri\u010dka savezna agencija za lijekove<\/strong> (FDA) odobrila je njegovu upotrebu kao protuupalne hrane. Kariofilni sadr\u017ee bosiljak, cimet, ru\u017emarin, origano, klin\u010di\u0107e, crni i bijeli ashanti papar i list indijskog lovora. Sve navedene namirnice prirodni su protuupalni lijekovi.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kurkuma<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Svjetska zdravstvena organizacija u svom zborniku opisuje kurkumu kao biljku koja se \u010desto nalazi u tradicionalnim ajurvedskim i kineskim tradicionalnim tekstovima o bolovima. Spominje se u podru\u010dju upale i boli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daje indijskom curryju karakteristi\u010dnu \u017eutu boju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" id=\"tw-target-text\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"hr\"><strong>Doziranje:<\/strong> U ve\u0107im koli\u010dinama mo\u017ee se konzumirati u prahu koji se pomije\u0161a s medom u omjeru 1:3. Kada se bli\u017ei prehlada, ovu mje\u0161avinu mo\u017eete konzumirati svaka dva sata kako biste oja\u010dali imunolo\u0161ki sustav i smanjili upalu.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0110umbir<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Doziranje:<\/strong> Preporu\u010dujemo dnevnu dozu izme\u0111u 2 i 3 g svje\u017eih \u0111umbira (du\u017eine 2 do 3 cm). U svje\u017eem obliku zadr\u017eava ja\u010de djelovanje. Mo\u017ee se izrezati i piti u \u010daju ili smoothiju. U obliku praha ili kapsula, slijedite upute.
